On this episode I talk with Sgt Betsy Smith who is one of the pioneers for women in policing and together with her husband Dave Smith has taught officers around the world.  Betsy is the spokesperson for the National Police Association and is the creator of the only course of its kind for women in policing called The Winning Mind for Women.
