Julie and her twin sister Jenny were put up for adoption 3 weeks after they were born in 1959.  In 2008 Julie had a breast biopsy done that sent her on a journey to find out more about her birth parents and her health history.

And along the way Julie wrote an award winning book called Twice A Daughter.
