Paul Hood has done a number of things in life, including being a pastor at a church in Shreveport, Louisiana.

Paul left his sheltered college and church pastor environment to became a security specialist in the maximum security unit of a facility for the criminally insane in Lincoln Nebraska.

Paul struggled with the issues that arose as a result of working at that facility for the next 27 years before he finally decided to seek counselling.
